Do I need an email address to use Critly?
No traditional email-based account is required. Critly uses Apple Sign in or Google Sign-In for account access, depending on your platform and setup.
Can I move my account between iPhone and Android?
Not at this time. Critly does not currently support account transfer between iOS and Android because Apple and Google use different identity systems and account identifiers.
Is this therapy?
No. Critly supports reflection, but it does not replace therapy or professional mental health care.
