We take your privacy and confidentiality very seriously. Because we are committed to maximum discretion, we do not store any personal information that could identify you, such as name, email, or phone number. We only use an anonymous user identifier.

This means that if you contact us through regular email or a contact form, we cannot know which user you are. That’s why we’ve made it possible to send support questions directly from within the Critly app.

Only messages sent from the app contain the secure identifier that allows us to connect your question with your account and provide you with the best possible help.
