We do not require a traditional email/password account to use Critly.
If email support requests are received from you directly, we may use that email only to respond to your request.
We do not directly store payment details, as payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use data to:
- provide account access through supported identity providers
- deliver AI-assisted analysis features
- maintain and improve app performance, stability, and features
- protect the service and investigate abuse or misuse
- respond to user support or deletion requests when you contact us directly
We do not use your data for routine marketing emails.
3. AI Data Processing
By using Critly, you agree that your input content may be processed by AI systems, that AI outputs are generated automatically, and that we do not guarantee their accuracy or reliability.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Apple App Store and Google Play for payments, as well as hosting, infrastructure, and analytics providers. These services operate under their own privacy policies.
Critly does not rely on email marketing flows as part of normal product use.

We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account functionality, comply with legal obligations, and protect the integrity of the service.
Where deletion is requested and legally permissible, we will delete or irreversibly anonymize relevant personal data.
