1. Service Description
Critly provides tools for logging criticism, reviewing recurring patterns, and receiving AI-assisted reflective analysis. It is designed to help users observe criticism with greater awareness and context.
2. Accounts
Critly uses supported third-party identity providers, including Apple Sign in and Google Sign-In, for account access.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the Apple or Google account used to sign in. Critly does not provide traditional email/password account login.
3. Platform Identity and Account Transfer
Account access may depend on the identity provider used on a given platform.
At this time, Critly does not support account transfer or account merging between iOS and Android where account identity depends on different platform-specific identifiers or sign-in systems.
Because Apple and Google may use different account identifiers, continuity across platforms cannot be guaranteed.
4. AI Disclaimer
Critly uses artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose. Use the results at your own risk.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Payments are processed through Apple App Store and Google Play. Billing, subscription management, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to Apple or Google policies.
6. No Refund Responsibility
Critly does not handle refunds directly. Any refund requests must be made through Apple or Google.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload illegal or harmful content, abuse or exploit the platform, or attempt to hack or reverse-engineer the system.
Users are responsible for maintaining access to the sign-in provider account used for authentication.
8. Limitation of Liability
Critly is not responsible for decisions made based on AI output, any damages or losses, or inaccurate or incomplete results.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by EU / Estonia law.
