How to request deletion
Send an email to Critly support from the email address connected to your Critly account.
- Email info@critly.app.
- Use the subject line: Delete my Critly account.
- Include the platform you use, such as iOS, Android, or macOS.
- If you know it, include your sign-in provider: Apple or Google.
What data is deleted
When we process your request, we delete account data associated with your Critly account, including:
- Account identifiers from Apple or Google sign-in.
- Email address, when it was provided by the sign-in provider or through support.
- Criticism entries synced to Critly servers.
- Generated reports and analysis linked to your account.
- Support messages linked to your account where deletion is legally permitted.
What may be retained
Some data may be retained only where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or platform compliance reasons. Payment and subscription records are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play and may remain in those platform systems according to their own policies.
We may also keep anonymized or aggregated diagnostic information that cannot identify you.
Processing time
We aim to complete account deletion requests within 30 days. If we need additional information to verify the account, we will reply to the email address used for the request.
Deleting local device data
You can remove saved local data from your device inside the app from Settings, then Delete my data. This removes local records on that device. To delete server account data, please use the email request above.
